Description
Andreas Ioakim-Kaimakis chose to present his retrospective exhibition, at Famagusta Gate, under the title Visual Poems; a laconic phrase which instantly describes the nature of his work and the character of his personality. The inexhaustible creative urge, typical of Kaimakis, is channeled into various fields of expression (painting, sculpture, poetry, even music), establishing him as one of the most versatile contemporary artists. Indeed, in the context of his practise, different art forms are involved in a mutual and productive dialogue.
