The name of the conference was ‘New Approaches in Recording and Preserving the Cultural Heritage in a Divided Cyprus: Problems and Opportunities’ and its organisers were Dr. Hazar Kaba, Prof. Dr. Marko Kiessel and Prof Dr. Latife Summerer. Many scholars from Greece, Turkey, Germany, Sweden, Italy, the UK, New Zealand and both sides of Cyprus gathered for the event.
