Σκοπός του βιβλίου Ο Χορός της Τατσιάς, δεύτερη έκδοση είναι η εξέταση πτυχών του Χορού της Τατσιάς, ώστε να μπορεί να α) γίνει πολύπλευρη ανάλυση του Χορού της Τατσιάς (π.χ. παρουσίαση, κίνηση και μουσική), β) γίνει περιγραφή του Χορού της Τατσιάς, για να διαφανεί τι υπήρχε στο παρελθόν, τι γίνεται στο παρόν, και τι προβλέπεται / αναμένεται και/ή προτείνεται για το μέλλον, και γ) οριστεί ο σκοπός του Χορού της Τατσιάς και με βάση το σκοπό να εξεταστεί και προταθεί εκτέλεσης και ερμηνείας.
The Sifter Dance originated in Cyprus, around the year 1930, and consists of three parts, the performance of which requires the use of a sifter with one or more glasses with water. The purpose of the Dacha Dance is the through tripartite musical form dancer interpretation and demonstration of the vitality and capacity to handle complex movements using the sifter, in which there is a glass/ are glasses with water, so that the glass (glasses), after twirling the sifter, maintains its balance and stays within the sifter, until the end of the Dance.
